You cannot always include your domain name and keyword, but do try.

It isn't necessary to have a keyword in the domain, it is the content on your posts that will rank your website. Some people do prefer to get keyword domains, but it is a choice. Personally I don't use keywords in my domains.

This is just one keyword, you will have hundreds in posts and pages. So try to have it in domain name, if not then this is not the end of the world.
