Worst week ever
Well I want to erase this week already! yesterday WA went to take their payment out as per usual and the amount was different that what it usually is so I requested paypal look into for me. Well they cancelled my service here and WA thought I cancelled my account and shut down my account :( OMG talk about addicted to all you people and this site, I have gone NUTS without WA. Finally reached Kyle and fixed the paypal issue and now Im back. Talk about anxiety attack lol. I think I have an addiction to you all haha. Then today I get a charge from OPTIMONSTER for 55.00 I never signed up for them. I contact my bank and this is the 2nd payment they have taken from me and that caused NSF fees in my ban. Do you think I can find a phone number to speak with someone? of course not. I have had to contact the fraud dept at my bank. it will take up to 90 days to get my money back. what a mess! Check your plug ins everyone! OPTIMONSTER was on my wordpress as a free trial apparently and then after the trial they start billing your account. So now Ive had to cancel my bank card as well. Double check everyone and make sure you don't have it. That's another issue. I don't even have the plug in nor do I have the URL or the email address they have on file anymore.

you need to go into your wordpress admin section, plug ins are on your dashboard :)
I found it. I think. It appears to be an "update" there's no price associated with it. I haven't done the update because I'm concerned about hidden fees. It's in the plug-ins section. Under EWWW Image Optimizer. Is that what you're talking about or is it the Upgrade to pro?
I dont even have it lol. Couple months ago I changed my email address and my website name and they had all that information. So I have no clue. Just be very careful. From now on I'm not doing anything lol.
