There is a Season for Everything

And my season as an Ambassador at Wealthy Affiliate is drawing to a close.

I will most likely have to let go of the Super Affiliate Challenge for this year as well and come back to it next year.

Because I've taken a position as a Business Development Consultant for the next 6 months.

There is a Reason for Everything

And this is mine.

My family needs me to step up to the plate because I'm not making enough income yet with my online business to pay my half of my Dad's Frail Care. My husband also needs me to help with our own household expenses.

I will be able to support my family if I keep up with my online business AND take on another job. But, realistically, that means I will only have enough time and energy for the job and my websites.

Change is as Good as a Holiday

I'm very excited about my new position as it's one that will suit me down to the ground.

I'll be doing presentations to Moms, Teachers and Principals to introduce more members to The Kids Gym (where my 4-year-old does his Ninja Zone and Core Fitness Classes).

It's such fun to promote something you believe in, isn't it? And I'm always networking with Moms locally, so I'll be in my flow.

Fleur's recent post What is Your Core Genius? came at the perfect time. Asking this question of myself made me realise what a perfect opportunity this is for me. Thank You Fleur!

Letting Go and Embracing Change

Due to the demands of the new position and my 3 websites, I won't have time blog here at Wealthy Affiliate for a while. Sadly, that means I'll be putting my WA friendships on hold for a while. But it's not Goodbye... it's Au Revoir... until January 2019.

Hope you have a fabulous 6 months. Our Winter School holidays start tomorrow and my job starts officially on Monday, 2nd July.

Lauren....WA is an addictive community. I've noticed whenever someone such as yourself says they won't be as visible, they usually don't stay away too long. I hope that is the case with you. That said, I wish you nothing bet the best in your new position...you have a great influence on people. All the best to you and your family.
Debbie

Oh, Debbie... you are so right, WA is such a powerful, pleasant, inspirational addiction. I won't be gone long.
Thanks for your kind words and ongoing support.

Lauren, I'm in tears again. I will miss you so much. But that is so selfish of me.
What a great opportunity for you.
Take care of your responsibilities and your family. The greatest thing you have to offer them is yourself, so don't spread yourself too thin.
Take great care, my friend.
All the best,
Wendi

This is a fantastic opportunity, Lauren, and although it's sad that we won't see much of you the next six months, I think you will benefit greatly from the experience - not only financially! I'm sure your family really appreciate your support and care.
Once you are back, you will quickly regain your rank here, I have no doubts about that.
All the best to you and your family, Lauren! See you soon!
