Happy your computer is working again, so frustrating these type of things. I normally have a lot of patience but as I do not like machines I just do not have patience with these type of situations.

I have had days "like this" as well. Two times in the past having the same computer issues. From my experience, the computer would work okay for a while, it could be a day or weeks. In the end there was always a hard drive failure. I would suggest you back up your computer daily just in case.
Thanks, Randy. I would if I could. A full back-up takes nearly 2 days and my fan is broken so I can't keep it on too long as it overheats. Ho hum. Clearly its time I made some serious money.
Sometimes it's just BIG HAMMER time...won't help your computer that much, but you will sure feel better--show it who's boss...glad you got it running again,

Good to hear that your computer started up ok again! I hate it when something's wrong with my computer and I have no idea how to fix it.

My day is just getting started but it' already scheduled out started with a dental appointment which I know how long the appointments going to take but then because I don't have a car I don't know how long transportation will be I have to depend on someone else and I have to ad 2 hours going and coming home
Eek, Davida... you are really having one of those days. I feel for you. Hope all goes well at the dentist and you are able to get to and from quickly and easily. My wish for you is that your day is as painless as possible.
