Oh My Gosh! I Have To Tell You!
Oh My gosh! I have to tell you that I got a comment from an outside WA source that I did not know. This post may be brief, but I want to take a moment to describe all of the thoughts and feelings that are in my head right now.
The comment was on a product review I did that I could not recommend. I did not call it a scam, but I did not feel the product was worth my endorsement.
Bad Comment
The comment was not a positive one, and it went against my recommendations.
But I was so excited to see it. Why would I be elated to see a bad comment? For one that means my posts are on page one on google and are causing a ruckus among those promoting this produce. The person commenting must be worried about what I have to say.
I am an authority, my post is well written, and people see what I have written. I am a threat to those who support shady products.
I Am Helping Others
In a nutshell, I am helping people stay away from shady deals. I am excited about this because this is my goal.
I want to help others. I want to be a guiding pillar for those who need what I have to offer.
But at the same time, I had butterflies in my stomach, along with fear and trepidation. This person made comments against what I said.
It allowed me to respond with a positive comment supporting WA.
My Emotions, My Thoughts
To sum this up, my emotions and thoughts are:
- Excitement
- Fear
- Butterflies
- Elation
- People see my posts
- My writing is good
- My hard work is paying off
No matter what you may feel today or tomorrow just keep going because one day your business will grow to the point of recognition and you will be helping others improve their lives.

Yes, it is meant to shake them up. Although it was a bit scary at first then when I formulated my reply I felt very good about it.

Fantastic news Laura! Congrats. Yes you are an authority and yes, people out there are reading your reviews. Think about this..there are people out there reading your reviews that may not be commenting! So you just might be getting more traffic there then you realize, right?

That really is the end result of having our post rank well on Google and other search engines isn't it. As nice as it is, we don't want to rely on just the people here for our site comments.
We want comments from "the real world" so to speak so, when this happens, of course, we are going to get excited whether they are good or bad.
You DID handle it well by giving a positive comment about WA and, hopefully, they will take the time to check it out. That would be a very positive outcome.
