Big Spinning Wheels
Site Support just doesn't sound like an appropriat name for the people behind the scenes. I think Life Savers or Rock Of Gibraltar or Mount Everest.
Shout Out To Site Support
I have read a few accolades to site support in the past year. But I want to say that until I had a
real issue with my site, I did not have a full understanding of the emotion conveyed by others.
I can't help but think of the people behind the scenes as little people in my computer. Now I don't mean little in what they do, but since I never see them, my mind always thinks of them as a part of the spinning wheels of my computer motherboard.
1st Issue
On Friday, I had a couple of issues. I kindly addressed it to site support. Carson (the big spinning wheel) came back with an answer that would work very well. With this answer came a second issue. The nature of the problems is not what I want to focus on it here.
2nd Issue
The second issue kept me from writing and posting. My body wanted to panic; my mind kept me calm and focused. I notified site support, and for 5 hours they diligently worked on the issue until it they fixed it at about 2 am my time.
When I hit the, save draft button, and the spinning wheel worked appropriately. The emotion that ran through me was like a rush of drugs. I took a deep breath with a smile on my face and gave a special silent grateful thanks.
All-Big Spinning Wheels
Now when I think of site support, I conjure up a bunch of spinning wheels that are bigger than
Thank You from the bottom of my heart. I can't and would never want to do this without all of you.
Carson, I am sorry to say, but I now think all of the people behind the scenes, not just you are the big spinning wheels. You are all an incredible group of people.
There are no bounds for my gratitude for all of you. Thank You! Laura

Not had any problems yet but it's good to know there is a good support system to help. Many of the big companies are incredibly poor when it comes to sorting stuff out. Glad it's all sorted out
Just another reason why WA is so good.
Chris :)
Glad you got your issues solved. It's so great to have people on your team. I've struggled with website problems for years on my own. It can be harrowing!
I agree 100%! Our support team is the best I've seen anywhere on the web. They simply get it done and do so quickly.
That means a whole lot to someone trying to run a business online. The only other item that ranks as high as a great support team is a dependable ISP.
They are a great bunch over there, wherever they are... They've resolved a few issues for me as well.
Cheers,
Michael
I'm sure that your post won't go unnoticed by those behind the scenes. Those 'unsung techno-heroes.' Well said Laura and I'm pleased that your issue has been sorted.
Laura since you did the Shout Out for the Spectacular work that
Site Support does, I would like to join you. And if Carson is involved in it, to include him also.
I myself had a challenge with my site, Google Search Console and Analytics about a month ago and over about a week were able to help me get it straightened out.
Site Support is Awesome.

It can be frustrating at times, but when they are called to duty, they stay with it until all problems are solved.
What a wonderful note of gratitude.
I felt that same level of gratefulness one hideous Friday and early hours of Saturday and not only did I have Site support but two WA superstars were helping to bail me out.
The frustration which is a real kick in the head
To the polar opposite, you said it better than I did but I too felt the rush of Adrenalin when I received a small email saying private message, with it an even smaller message saying it was fixed
Good for you and glad you are all sorted 🤗
