The spanish priest, the world library and me.

Last Update: April 18, 2017

My father was a director of a water com. in Holland supplying water to 7 cities.
In 1968 there was an International Water Congress in Madrid which he attended.
Afterwards my parents toured Spain by car and somewhere inland saw a young priest who wanted a lift. He spoke some English and that was the moment where a lifelong friendship was formed with my family. My parents are not here anymore but I am still in contact with Padre Luis Zurron.
In Nov. of 2013 I got a computer and he was the first person to write to me. On 18/2/2015 I received a very interesting information email which I would like to share with you as I think it might be helpful when you are looking for information when writing posts for your website. So for the people who do not know about this have a look.

Wow!! I've never seen anything like this before. Thank you for this amazing, vast, unusual source of information! I was just looking at Japan's view of the rest of the world, from about 1800-1850.

I'm so glad I met you here at WA,
Vance

Good afternoon Vance,

I am happy to hear you think the world library interesting. It is indeed and so often helpful when one needs unusual information you would not find somewhere else.
All this information is only 1 click away, the internet also has its good sides.

Have a great weekend, Taetske

Hello Danielle,

Often, when I am writing for my websites, I look at the world library as they have unusual and old things, very helpful.

I am completely hopeless where technology is involved but I like the artistic part of layout, writing etc.

Thank you for stopping by, Taetske
