I was under the impresion this was a canadian site?
why are we being charged in us $ with rate its $63 not $47
It's hosted in the US. Also has members worldwide & USD is a recognisable currency. Most people know roughly what US47 is in their own currency. Whereas no-one outside Canada knows the value of a Canuk dollar.
I need to massage kyle , I cancelled 3 months ago and the money is still being taken out of my credit card? can you help me please!
Linda, if you just go to account settings on your left at the bottom when you scroll down, click on that then scroll down to management and click on that and it will take you to your credit card info and you can cancel your membership right there and it is effective emmediately.
go to his profile and click on private message at top.. I do believe there is a cancel membership in your account settings on bottom left side, try that as well.
No problem, if you just click on his picture in one of the lessons it will take you to his profile.

Thanks, I have my own domain and have done the DNS thing got an email to confirm it! so what I wanted to know is, after I have found a theme and clicked on it then pressed the button to build my site!
what happens next?I did this last night and then again today,
waiting to see if something pops up to let me know the next step somewhere?? or am I being nieve?

You should get a new screen with additional prompts.
You wouldn't happen to be using Internet Explorer as your browser would you? Try Chrome or FireFox, those browsers seem to be a better choice inside WA.
Thanks labman. I am using chrome/firefox. and no I have not got a new screen,that would have been great ! and i just typed in my url to see if
its online yet! nothing! but I think it is a little early yet,LOL silly me.
