To Big, Keep It Simple
Maybe I went to big. My niche come so quick to me as a parent, the education of children is a passion that never runs out of things to talk about. I took off running with it and didn't slow down to think about how many different things there are to write about. I'm proud of what I have accomplished and what I have learned. I have read and written about improving grades, bullying and the effects of it, self-esteem improvement, the importance of education before school, and drugs in schools along with other things. I studied to make sure I was telling facts and I write about things that matter. Everything I wrote about has a direct impact on grades and/or from grades if that makes sense. Now suddenly I'm thinking I should have broken this down into different websites, I could have had my next 5 websites with the different topics I have found to write about even knowing it still boils down to one thing. For those of you starting the training now, I would advise that you tear your niche down to a simple minimal. If you all saw my site you would find that it is full of great advice and set up for all parents to have something to read about. Now I know it could be more simple. Kyle says it and I've seen others suggest it. Keep it simple.

That's good advice.
It can be quite difficult at first picking just the right niche but there is a lot of training on it that people can look at.
Depending on your domain name, maybe you could still narrow your niche.
Every niche and site is different but they reckon you need about 50 posts to start getting traction. Littlemama realised she neeedd 440 (I think that;s right, or maybe just 400) Posts to get enough referrals to get to Vegas. If you do that many posts your site could become an authority site - check the competition - although it will take longer to rank.
