They Denied Me Now They Are Going To Pay Me
Hey everyone,
Here is a liittle succes that I have had over the last 2 weeks.
I've been pushing out post left and right for the last two weeks. In fact, it's been a total of 13 days. Today will be my 16th post.
Domain And Website Are NewMy domain and website itself, is only 2 weeks old. So, as you can imagine I started with absolutely no traffic. In addition, to this I had no followers on my Pinterest account and some other social media accounts.
Today, I will share what can happen, if you just put in a little hard work in.
Infolinks That Denied Me
Recently a company denied me due to my site not meeting their so called standards.
What standards are they looking for? I still have no clue. They never went into details about it.
You can read all about it here...
TodayI log in today, and to my surprise. Infolinks will be paying me.
How much you ask? I'm glad you asked.
They will pay me $0.05 thus far....LOL...YAHOOO!!!
Hey, it's not the biggest check...but, I know that as my site builds up. That check will go up.
Also, this $0.05 just covers two days of ad views.
Keep in mind my site does not have traffic built up just yet.
Here is What Hard Work Can DoAccording to Infolinks, I went from 0 traffic on my website to 370 page views and 959 Ad views.
Google says, this 👇Here's what they had to say about my Sessions

So, with Google I have a high bounce rate right now. Which I expected because, I am still trying to fix everything on my site.
However, it sure feels good that people are able to see my site. Even more exciting, they are sharing my content. And, I actually have returning visitors.
Publishing PostAs I publish post. I send them out to all social sites. Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Mix, and Google Plus. I then submit the URL to Google Analytic and Bing, right away. It seems like, alot but, once you start doing the routine. It gets really simple.
NOTE: I am not sure if I am submitting my Bing URL correctly. But, hey I am just rolling with the punches. That is something I can fix at a later time. No need to stress myself over it.
My social accounts were new as well. I am not a social media fan. I never have been. So, as you guessed it. I did not have them.
So, not only posting on social media but, using it as well. Is me really stepping out of my comfort zone.
After two weeks of consistent posting. Here is what happened.
Don't get me wrong on Twitter & Linkedin.
I had at least 40 followers all ready but, I never posted daily.
Done in Two WeeksPinterest went from 0 followers and 0 monthly views to---> 368 followers and 4.7k monthly views. Here is what Pinterest has to say
Twitter went from 45 followers to 175 followers and people are actually engaging.
LinkedinLinkedin, oh how is this the hardest site to build up a network? The even crazier part is I share jobs. HA...and the people are looking for jobs on this social site are looking for jobs. But, I still push on. I now have 53 followers on there.
FacebookAnd, Facebook! I and Facebook do not get along at all. So, it took everything in me to open up a Facebook account. I opened a Facebook account on the 24th of December.
Facebook Account Exploded After 2 Days
I had 0 friends now at 100 friends. Plus 213 friend request are waiting to be accepted. Right now, I just have them listed as followers.
I am pretty picky of who I accept on my FB. So, I haven't decided to accept them just yet. And, the even more disapointing part to me is they happen to be all men. Literally, not one woman. Where are the woman? For crying out loud...🤣
No offense guys. I just prefer to have some more female friends...
Moving Right Along
Anyhow, I also opened some social account named Mix. And, apparently I am slowing gaining followers there. I don't know how, because, I have no idea how to work it.
Added Quora To My LifeQuora has also been added to my list. I answer questions at least 3 times a day on there. And, I believe this has attracted some traffic as well. After, I have answered the question for a member. I add my site into the response sometimes.
NOTE: When I answer questions, I leave a long and engaging response. I then share the question to my social media. This helps because, people end up sharing those post.
Or you can share it on your business page.
Me, personally I answer both personal and subject related questions. It shows who I am. When it fits my niche. I share those post to social media as content. And, guess what your followers will share the post.Try it, it works.
MySpaceNow, I am thinking of MySpace. I thought MySpace was a gonner. But, apparently not. I was watching YouTube the other day and a blogger mentioned that he post on MySpace...
Does anyone use MySpace? How does it work out for you?
Well, that is my success for the last two weeks. I am pretty amped about it.
Feels like I am getting somewhere.
With a little hard work. You can make tremendous improvements. With that being said, now, I must go off to my site and get some work done. Have an awesome day, everyone!

It sounds to me as if you are doing all the right things. You are adding to your audience, and that is what is needed. Well-done.
I hate social media as well. I have the same problem but all young women after men joining me, a 77-year-old. how stupid.
I am glad we are on the same page. I am starting to think Facebook purposely sets it up that way...Sends you the opposite Gender. That really sucks!
Fantabulous! Well done Kisha - great blog and excellent results and rewards for your hard work and for stepping out of your comfort zone!
Thank you for sharing and encouraging the rest of us.
Blessings
Louise

Vicki
Thank you, Vicki! Yes, try it out. I believe it brings more traffic to you. Other than that I have no idea where my traffic is coming from.
This is very impressive.
The most impressive thing for me is the number of posts you have made in that short a time (and that is over and above the activity that you busy with on all those social media sites).
It takes me days to do 1 post! Clearly I am doing something wrong although to be honest they are review posts that I am doing and quite detailed.
Keep up the good work
I agree, it does take me all day long as well. I say, I work about 14 hours a day. Almost non stop though. Only because, I am pushing myself. If I don't I might lose traction.
You are amazing. You just made me more excited . Good luck to you on more followers and success!
