How To Fund A Business?

Great question! I will answer this question for you but, before I do I would like to make it clear on what I had to go through in order to write this post. This may help someone out.

I was writing a post for my Wealthy Affiliate blog and realized that the content that I was writing would work perfect for my site. The problem is after asking "Can I write a WA blog and then write the same for my site?" I quickly realized that this would not work.

Of course, I would have changed the content but, to avoid all penalties from Google. I have just decided to stay away from it, all together.

Wealthy Affiliate Is Awesome

This is what I truly love about this community. I can ask questions and receive help as often as I need it. If I had started blogging on the outside of WA, I probably would have been lost and still trying to find my way. Thank you to all the members that has helped me along the way.

Wealthy Affiliate has also allowed me to grow as a person and a writer. Every day, I find myself improving constantly. Which in my eyes, is all ready a success.

Anyways enough of that, before posting this article and after asking the community for help. I decided to look up some more information on what and what not to do with my Wealthy Affiliate blog because, it was brung to my attention to not spam or duplicate content.

This is What I Discovered

I came across Kyle's blog where he has clearly stated the rules for WA. It is called "The Open Education Project", if you are a new member here in Wealthy Affiliate, thinking about becoming a member or been away for a while you may want to read this post, as it clearly states what and what not to do. Now, I am clear and understand.

In other words, the end results are do not duplicate your content from your Wealthy Affiliate blog and then copy it to your website. In addition to this, do not spam, it is not allowed.

My intentions were to write a blog here in WA, and then place that same exact content on my website. However, my intention were to write a WA blog and then direct the outsiders here and vice versa.

I thought I understood this idea in our last week training correctly but, apparently not. So, I will have to go back and rewatch the video.

Moving Right Along

Today, I am sharing some ways that you can fund your WA business: I see a lot of people inside and outside of WA having problems in this area.

Here are some options:

You can Freelance:

Freelancing is a great way to get an immediate cash flow. Now, don't get me wrong some opportunities may take a little longer than others. A lot of freelance opportunities do not require a traditional interview and you will have the ability to set your own hours.

Here area few companies that you can potentially freelance for....

• Upwork
  
• Lionbridge
  
• VirtualBee
  
• Appen
  
• iTVibes
  
• Transcribing
• Non-phone positions
• and the list can go on for days.
  

Work as Remote Worker

Here are some options:

• American Express
  
• UHaul
  
• Discover
  
• Enterprise (the car rental place)
  
• WayFair
• Atena
• and that list can go on...
  

Maybe you want to consider

Okay so maybe neither of the options will work. Not freelancing nor working remotely. Try this instead

• Babysitting
  
• Mow Lawns
  
• Selling projects from home
  
• Making Crafts
  
• Style or Cut hair
• Detail Cars
• Start Charging others by building their websites
• Pet sitting ( I see people requesting this service all the time)

The opportunities can be endless, we just have to look for them.

Cut Cost

I actually consider myself a pro when it comes to this. I have a very large family but, no one would ever know unless I were to mention it.

Why? because, I have learned different ways to reduce cost over the last 8 years.

Like:

• Reduce your cable bill or even get rid of it
  
• Reduce your cell phone bill
  
• Lower your electricity bill. (this can be done by unplugging appliances that you do not use. In fact, I unplug my dryer every day. It saves me tons.)
• Check for new car insurance rates. Make sure your are getting all the discounts
• See if you can get discounts on any of your bills. Are you a veteran? A senior or a college student? Are your high school kids receiving excellent grades? Report that to your auto insurance if they offer it. Maybe your a teacher or police officer? Check for your discounts.
• Have student loans and they are taking a chunk out of your paycheck. Apply for an IBR review. Try to get them deleted all together (this only works for certain people, in certain fields and it will work for a100% disabled veteran. Look into it)

My Final Thoughts

Okay, I can go on and on when it comes to saving money and different ways to make money so, I will end my post here.

I hope this has helped someone. The list above might not exactly help but, it should get ideas going for you.
