When I signed-up for a premium I accidentally deleted that page. I thought by changing themes I would get a new a Home tab, but it didn't happen. So can someone help me please.

Are you referring to your home page, but not an actual page or post? such as a menu? The reason why I'm asking is that if you delete the menu you can always make a new one. If it's an actual page or post, you can place a support ticket and let them know by accident you deleted a page, they may be able to recover it for you. Trust me I've done a lot worse, lol.

I had requested 6 credits for comments the other day to be spread out over the next 7 days. Today I get a message saying I can't leave messages anymore. I don't know what I did
I don't know if there is a credit quotas or not, I asked the question and searched inside WA and didn't find anything.
I would suggest you PM Kyle and ask him if there is some sort of credit quota per day.
Perhaps, it could just be some sort of glitch. If you don't get your answer try doing site comments tomorrow and see what happens.
