You’re never alone, even when you think you are.

Hello Everyone, hope you’re all well and enjoying your week.

It’s been a while since I posted anything here.

Last week I had a pleasant if weird experience whilst working in one of my clients gardens...I felt a spiritual presence...yes I do believe there is something, that some folk leave their soul behind when their physical being departs this world...anyways, she seemed to be okay with me in the garden, perhaps some time ago it belonged to her.

She was a gentle spirit, she made the flowers dance , there was no breeze at all but the air seemed to shift briefly...I looked up from my work expecting to see someone there but I was completely alone, there was a drift of perfume, then she was gone.

Of course the perfume could have been off one of the plants but I didn’t smell it again after.

Fanciful maybe or a product of my emotional state of mind perhaps.

Why am I telling you this? well it got me thinking...in a quiet empty garden I didn’t feel alone.

In actual fact I never feel alone in a garden , the plants, birds, wildlife, trees are all there with me. Any gardeners amongst you will surely agree with this and feel the same.

I have come to think the same thing of the WA community, despite you all being miles away, in different towns, countries and continents I don’t feel alone here.

There is always someone to chat to, to ask questions, to gain insights, help and advice. Also to give back the same whenever I can.

This is something one can not put a value on and it is appreciated more than I can say.

We are all juggling busy lives, families and work commitments yet still find time to be here.

We work hard on WA and on websites, I make no apologies for reminding you

all to take time out and breathe, I will always keep saying it.

For myself I am sitting overlooking my garden writing this, so I gain pleasure from my view and from writing to you all.

Best Wishes and enjoy a great weekend.

Poem by me...

A benign presence

around my space,

A peaceful sense of someone.

An earlier lady gardener

visiting from times past?

Air shifts imperceptibly,

Chimes ring

a softly feminine song.

Flowers dance on a still morning,

Fragrance lingers...

Then gone.

I’m left to wonder,

Who loved this garden before me?

To whom did it belong?

Who left her soul and grace

with Nature?

Wow, Ladylou, your poetry just left me smeliing that fragrance and it is still lingering in my nose. I am not sure if you have heard of Esther & Abraham Hicks(Google them), so what you experienced in the garden, was no co-incidence; it was REAL and yes when you are in your own or someone else's garden you may think you are alone, you are NOT. I would encourage you listen/watch to any of their youtube videos and you will be amazed. I use their resources a lot when I am feeling axious or losing my mind. Did you know that, we are pure positive thoughts emitting energy vibrations that are beaming signals to the universe and we get exactly what we asked for.

I think our thoughts do come back to us in a form of energy.
Thank you
I will take a look at Esther and Abraham
Have a good day

Hi, lovely post and poem. Was well and truly transported into the garden with your writing. Great thoughts. My garden is one of those places where I can focus myself on nature and this is quite different to what I do each day. Quiet (usually) and it is so great to see it taking shape and the plants growing, sublime, peaceful yet meaningful.

Thank you very much,
I agree Gardens are a great place to be for gaining peace of mind and to get away from the normal day to day things.
Best Wishes
Louise

Grace is nature
And nature belongs to her
