Wow, suprise!
I happened to jump on the scale today. To my wonder I've dropped below 200 lbs for the first time in 30 years.
I've been hovering around 220 for 10 years after I had a concerted effort to loose when my doc said I was borderline diabetic. That 20 lbs seemed to get the sugar in check.
So, I've been a bit busy getting this house ready to sell. My activity level has increased significantly. Guess I've been burning more calories than I'm taking in. I seem to get busy and forget to eat.
That has always been the key. What guzinta gotta be less than what gozouta.
When I was a personal trainer people would come in and wonder why they were overweight. A regimen of cardio took care of that in many cases. They just were too sedentary.
I'm happy to be dropping but I guess I need to spend more time at the computer. Eventually, I'll reach a happy medium.

I have the yoyo effect, scale up and down all the time. Congrats on your weight loss. All the hard work at your house has paid off.
That is amazing, Craig!!! I too am borderline diabetic, so I've decided to make some changes. I'm glad I read your post, it will inspire me to keep moving forward.

It's easy to gain it back Craig. Just lift one of your dogs!
That's more like 65 lbs. Never been that heavy.
Although, I have lost 2/3 of a dog overall.
