Rehabbing
I haven't been online for a bit recently. Life just gets in the way. But I'm being productive.
My house is getting ready for sale. This means clearing rooms, painting, repairing electric, foundations, replacing doors, trimming hedges and all the fun stuff that comes with preparing a house for sale.
The sad thing is, when I get done, I'll have the house I always wanted. Then I get to turn it over to the next occupant and start my new life.
Niches abound
The home improvement niche is so big it is amazing. There are subniches everywhere. Home Depot and Lowes both have affiliate programs as does Wayfair for the new owners.
What is it in your life that has niches, just look around.

Oh, I can so relate! I spent yesterday packing up boxes just to get my house ready to show. Thankfully, I had a friend over to help -- I get so sentimental about my stuff! Today another friend is coming over to help me paint. I've been talking up WA to her, and think she would be PERFECT to do a home improvement niche. You've given me yet another selling point with the info that HD and Lowes have affiliate programs. (She actually worked at Home Depot for awhile and loved it!)
I do feel the time is right for me and my husband to downsize. Life changes, children come and go, and we have to be practical. It's exhausting, but in the end it will be awesome! Hang in there, face forward, and take care of yourself.

Best wishes for the move Craig, it is amazing how life's interactions reveal those gems. I am just getting back into fishing many opportunities. We don't have to look far, to find fine some passionate folks..
Passionate folks are the best. Just think of all the accessories that people buy to fish. And then there's the big purchases like boats and trailers.
