Busy, busy, busy
Sadly, not working on my sites this weekend.
Friday afternoon a dumpster arrived in my driveway.
Saturday morning I had a sliding door delivered, when they left, a heating contractor arrived and installed a new furnace. Seems that 49 years is the lifespan of a furnace. Who knew? (I think we got our money's worth on that one)
The rest of Saturday was spent filling the dumpster with the detritus of 34 years in this house. It is amazing how much junk accumulates.
Today, since the sun came out for a change and the temp was above 50, I installed the new sliding door. That took much longer than I had hoped. There is still a bit of trim to complete but it is in and insulated.
Now I'm off to the cellar to demo some drywall.
Tomorrow painters arrive to complete the upstairs. I've done 1/2 the house but I'm just one person and time is fleeting. We need to get this house listed before the spring rush starts.
Wish me luck.
Oh and I've identified about 20 new niches in the process of clearing out the house. I bet if you think about what is going on, you can find them too.

I know what it's like to be busy. I just do what I can when I can. It's not a race. As long as I'm doing a little each day, it's all good.
Amazing how much work there is to do and the number of niche markets you can tap into. It's all good :)

I did that "clean out the house with a bin thing" last summer Craig. Now I just notice all the stuff that got missed. Good luck with the house sale !
