I guess this is where I tell everyone what I like to do...maybe even give some insight into the life of "Kyle". I enjoy travelling the world when I can and fortunately owning an internet business is very accommodating to travel (but it also means that I am always connected lol).

I also like to exercise, play sports (mostly basketball), and of course, Internet Business!

I also like to read in my spare time. Knowledge is a powerful thing. If you educate yourself in things that you are passionate about and that you can "apply" towards your journey to success, you can achieve big things!

I began marketing in college, where I began my journey onto the Internet. I took computer science in school, primarily focusing on programming, but quickly found a love for the business & marketing components of the web. Business has always been an interest of mine. I remember reading jargon-filled business magazines while I was still in high school.

Since the inception of Wealthy Affiliate in Sept, 2005, I have a new found passion -- helping others succeed online. This is not an easiest of tasks, and everyone coming to WA comes from a different background, with a different story, but my (and Carson's) goal is to continue to work towards creating a system that will induce widespread success among the WA community members.

Give me a shout out in the forum and if you want, add me to your buddy list, or send me a message below!

Take Care,

PS. I truly look forward to working with you!!

Hey Kyle!

Took me long enough, right? Lol.
First, let me say that you, Carson, and this entire platform have me feeling the love.
The warmest, most thoughtful welcomes, probably, ever!
I appreciate the genuine kindness.

Well, I may as well just spill it.
I am behind on training, for one thing.
I think I got so excited, that I froze.
I know that sounds ridiculous.

But, that's an easy fix, I can handle that.

I do have a problem, though. I know it's something that the training will cover early on, but I feel like it's keeping me stuck.

I've been going round and round with myself about what my niche should be.

I've spent more than the past year trying to work through grief, and I've been writing about it for as long.

The thing is, I haven't worked through it, I've only been sitting in it.
(In short, my husband died suddenly and unexpectedly on the same day that hurricane Laura destroyed our home and belongings.)

I wanted to help others. That's been hard because I wasn't helping myself.
So, I thought to build a community, a place to share stories, suggestions and, encouragement while celebrating our loved ones.

I've felt that I couldn't do that until I got a handle on myself.
I didn't want to create a space full of doom and gloom.

Having said that, I enjoy researching and writing about ways to make money from home.
I only have experience with online surveys, small task sites, and mystery shopping.

So, if I did go that route, I would be learning about what I was writing, as I wrote it.
I've seen that done well by others.
Just not sure how well I would do it.

Aaaaand, personal growth is a topic I love.
Another learn as I go experience.
Or, grow as I go, I should say. (🙂)

Wow, I laid it all on the table, didn't I?

It's your fault. You dared me to reach out.

Again, big love and thanks to everyone at Wealthy Affiliate.

Self development is a trap niche, as is the "life coaching" niche. Whom do you want to help specifically, self develop what? Someone looking to develop better skills in their relationship with their spouse or someone looking to get over their fear of public speaking, or someone looking to......etc?

You need to narrow this down to something that is more specific.

When deciding on a niche and trying to narrow down to a more specific niche, I recommend you ask yourself the following question:

I want to help people that ______________.

Fill in the blank and you are going to be much closer to a specific audience.

If you need anything going forward, please don't hesitate to ask.
Hi Kyle
Just writing to say thank you for the opportunity that yourself and everybody here at WA has given to myself and many more, having the chance to actually start a business from just another idea with this amount of support and guidance truly is a rarity not to mention feeling positive about an endeavour at such an early stage!

So thank you and I look forward to the days ahead!

You don't need to be a techie these days to be very successful online.

We have bridged all the technical gaps here at WA and we have truly simplified the process of creating and growing a business online with the technology and platform we offer you here at WA. You are going to do just fine.

If you ever do need a hand with anything at all moving forward or do feel stuck, please do let me know

Hey Kyle!

I was hoping you might have created an updated version of this video somewhere by chance? It would be great as an embed of a VSL funnel sales page or just a direct link into WA page and with a growing subscriber list I was hoping to do some direct marketing to WA. Thanks!

Yes, this is something that I can work on and we can discuss as we move through the monthly strategy sessions. We are going to be waiting on some website updates (that are in development) and I can absolutely get a newer version of something like this up and running. :)
