I get this question all the time, people have the tendency to get confused about the idea of "what" they should promote on their website.

As you start to build out yo

On the website that I have set up I’ve tried to add on a new page but when I hit view page letters, it’s all scattered all over the place and it’s not right I’m trying to fix it but I’ve tried 1000 times I need some help. Thank you.

i have a question about domain name for example lets say i want to do golf would it better to make a blog just about golf drivers and name it something like bestgolfdriversforbeginners or would it be better to go more broad and do bestgolfgearforbeginners and i can make post not only about drivers but putters, irons, ball, bags etc. and if i did make a blog about lets say golf drivers would i have to make a new blog for irons and a another for putters and so on ?

Hi, is there a site i should go to to review best trends for 2023 to find my niche ? I imagine i should market research my idea before jumping into creating a website? This info doesn't appear to be provided in the training.

Thank you for your support you have made my day!

The example you give of offering a "diet pill" when you've discussed "best running exercise regimes" is exactly why it makes me crazy to see a site about a specific niche, then coming across a WA promotion as a banner ad! It just doesn't make sense.

So many WA members say things like "yeah, but just in case they want to make money online...". So would you put something about dog treats on a mattress site, just in case? Would you put something about fishing on a high end fashion site? Of course not! Then why put a WA ad on anything other than a MMO site!

Thank you, Kyle, for reinforcing what I've been trying to share. I'll save this post for future issues about this!

Excellent post on this one!

There are many ways you can go about finding information about your niche/audience, and starting to really find keywords, products, and other relevant information about your ni

I talk to other teachers and owners and discover what they want then look at Facebook groups, local papers and if it as a product, I purchase and test it. Then compare on line to other products. Can be a bit time consuming but after I finish I know what I am talking about. My niche is teaching ESL ( English a a second language) in HCMC, Vietnam.
I also physically go to any place that has a bearing on helping the teacher. For example, visiting where you get your motorbike license and what you have to do. Same for visa runs etc. Time consuming but I don’t get caught out providing false information. It is difficult to ring and find out as a cultural thing most Vietnamese will not admit to not knowing something and have been known to make things up while trying to be helpful.

That's a brilliant way of doing it Stephen - you've done original research to get the most up-to-date information to your website visitors - great job!

Thanks, I can’t rely on the computer here 100% and it is so easy to get false information just with the language barrier alone. And yes , I do speak a bit of Vietnamese.

That is a great approach which will work best in the long run and gives peace of mind as well as one can be sure that the advice will be valuable to the readers

1.How much money per month would you be happy earning?
$25,000
2.How much money per month would allow you to live the ideal lifestyle?

Hi Kyle:) I watch the advertisements on TV and the headlines in newspapers. What's hot? Then I Google and find at least 10 articles to get really informed. And make my own combined content. I also use the headline for a key phrase and/or a tag from the newspaper items. Those are often really awesome. I have one advantage for my websites. I can search in English and translate my articles into Dutch and vise versa. Btw. I do not use Google translate for that matter. I translate in my own words.

I spy on my competitors, sign up with the higher ranked competitor's memberships, they will send you their latest news, you can find tips and info. this way, also read what their customers comment on and use some of this info. to improve your own niche. I also do a lot of research.

Great game plan

The technique or tool I use to find relevant keywords and topic, is Jaxxy.

I would usually select a topic, if it is too broad I would break it down or drill down into my chosen topic. In that way I can also come up with sib-niche and in so doing iwill eventually have a variety to choose from.

This is just one of the many ways I will use, why? Because I have found Jaxxy to to very effective.

Hi, I tend to flit from search engine to search engine to get an idea to what people are searching, once I get to grips with what people are generally interested in around my niche, only then I go into jaxxy to find rellevent keywords that best resonate with what I am planning on discussing within my posts.

There is one thing to have goals. There is another thing to have a game plan as to what you need to DO to accomplish those very goals.

In business, I never doubt someo

My business goals are to create at least one new content post per week from now until January. I also want to achieve at least two WA referral subscriptions in that time.

I plan to work between 10 and 20 hours per week researching, writing, and editing content.

I hope to achieve these goals by January, when I plan to write new goals based on my progress.

My goals are as stated on joining WA. They can be SMART actually.
Follow the training on WA religiously.
Dedicate as much time as necessary to achieve the above two.
Above all, everything worth achieving requires dedication, hardwork, commitment, and creativity. The individual involved in every endeavour is the key to success of any pursuit.
Research, immense in the subject matter, network, ask, collaborate, be alert to latest valuable information, have values, pursue, pursue, pursue and PRAY.

1. What are your goals with your business? To understand as much as possible
2. What concise steps are you going to take to achieve these goals? To understand everything as much as possible do every lesson they give me
3. How much time are you willing to give yourself to achive these?as much time because i got a little boy thats turning 3 years old and hie always wants to know everything....

I started out by making a mistake, which has completely thrown

Hello Ann,

I feel you. I also have that tendency of rushing things out. I guess you need to go back and review lessons 1-2, those basic lessons on building our websites. I love to go back to those lessons when I make mistake, or if you are on Premium membership, you can always ask Kyle for help. He replies promptly and directs us to the right answers. Even our ambassadors and a lot of members gladly helps when we post our questions.

Praying for you.

How kind of u,! U mean I am not the only one who is indecisive
And changes her mind all the time.? A born Libra?

Yes, Ann, I am often indecisive.
Even when I chose my first website. I could not settle on one niche, I wanted to put all my ideas in one niche....lol
But because I am not tech-savvy, I could not just change anything unless somebody teach me...hehehe
So what I did, was always contacted Site Support before I made changes.
Let us fight the urge to be impulsive (i have that strong tendency). But since we have great support from this community, we just need to ask and lo, wise advises come in an instant...

God bless you my friend,
Chuna

My #1 goal is to educate my visitors on different legit ways to make money online using my site.

Making research and finding valuable information to try out and write about it then post it to my site.

The time has not been a problem as I am willing to put in my best to achieve more.

PS: But, the thing is, as I try to continue taking my courses and find time to create more content on my site, some other things get in the way and I multitask which reduces my speed for my WA business.

PPS: But, I've decided to focus on those extra tasks that are related towards advancing my WA business and eschewing those that are not in line with my present goal.

I was also motivated when Google indexed my website in less than 2 weeks of joining WA! That motivation boosted my morale to push forward with DOUBLE speed!

Each and every one of us has a unique approach they take when writing content, and I wanted to spend some time opening up a discussion here with the community as to the "most e

I also do my research before I write. That way, I know what I want to write about, and have my keywords/phrases picked and in order. This helps me put in content to coordinate with the keywords/phrases that I want to hightlight. Then I put in the pictures that I have chosen in advance to mesh with my content. This really helps when I am putting everything together. I hope this helps someone who may be struggling.
Molly G

Awesome, Molly. I pretty much duplicate your routine and strategies in writing my posts. I agree totally about meshing in the pictures and images in proper locations of the post. Thank you for your input.

All the best,

Kent

I do them all except the one of 15mins and also I don't mark where I am going to put my images but I just use my topics to guide me where to put my images. I don't put pressure on myself when I write because I'm afraid that might cause me to end up publishing a content that I will later look at with some sort of disappointment. I just give myself ample time.

Jeff

Test that out, I think you will be surprised as to how much you can get done in a 15 minute slot when you do some focused writing. Once you get good at that, you can ramp that up to 30 minutes or 60 minutes and get crazy productivity out of your day!

Of course I will give it a try

I love these! I do some of them, but the one that I think will help me is putting in :IMAGE GOES HERE (type of image I want to add), right into my article, before posting. Normally I'll write it down in my binder, so that I can refer to my binder. However, I think putting it right in the article will help even more!
Oh and setting a time for 15 minutes! I like this one! I'm going to give this one a try!
Anna

Yeah, something that I just naturally starting doing over the years as image research can take you completely out of writing mode. I you know what type of image/graph/chart you want, just label it and then you can streamline all your image finding.

If you are constantly being pulled away from writing your content, this lack of focus will really start slowing down your writing.

Thank you for these tips. I do the first three. I like the one with the timer, which I will try out because I get distracted quickly.

To overcome writer block, I do one of these things:
I take a tee break.
I research a bit more on the topic like watch a youtube video about the subject.
If it's late, I go to bed finish it the next day. I get more fresh ideas with my morning coffee.

I draft my article on a word doc then copy-paste on my content page at WA. I have a folder on my PC with all my articles.

Image is the last thing I do, its the most fun part and the icing on the cake. They got to match the topic. When I get to the image I know I am done.

Stay safe
best regards
Patricia

Yeah, I didn't really mention it, but when I get a writers block I take a break and do something completely different and then come back.

This usually happens when I am simply fatigued by writing, which happens to all of us and there is nothing wrong with that. Come back with a fresh head and you can often times get through your writing very quickly.

I like the points you made here. I do some of them as well (but also work from a laptop). I enjoy being out when I write and also have started using Focus at Will, which I have found helps me focus. I am still working on getting keywords down and want to learn more about SEO.

Hello Kyle, what about domain registrations - can those stay with WA Domains if bought through WA or were transferred here from another registrar?

Yes. Your domains can stay here. You only have to move your hosting to another hosting company if you want to keep your sites online.

To manage your domains, you can still sign in with your WA credentials as normal.
Of course, the only thing you can access then are your domains. If you try to access anything else, you will get a pop-up that says that you need to resubscribe in order to see it.

Thank you, Mortiz. I'm catching up with recent changes. ~Jude
