Notification System Improvements (may have Intermittent Issues)

Just to keep everyone in the loop here, you might see a few changes with the notification systems over the next couple of days. Please do not be concerned if you see your top header notifications at 0 (see example screenshot) or if there are a slower loading times in some cases.

We are optimizing this aspect of WA through a series of technological advances and when we are done it will be better than ever.

Thanks for your patience, this is a subtle improvement on your end, but will lead to a MUCH better experience here at WA.
