That's a good question Tim.
All I see is an option to unsubscribe under the subscription manager.
I do remember setting up Jaaxy through my PayPal acct. so you may have to change the details there.
Thank you Jason,
I will try that. It has been almost a year and we tend to forget some details occasionally. I will try PayPal and see my account there. Take care.

Hi again Jason,
Yes, your advise and recommendation helped me take care of credit card update through PayPal. Done. Appreciated.

How do you update credit card in yearly jaaxy enterprise?

Jaaxy is paid purely through Paypal, so you will have to update your credit card details within your Paypal account. At this point we don't accept credit card payments directly at Jaaxy (although it is coming soon).
Hi Kyle,
Yes, took care of it few minutes ago by updating PayPal with my new credit card. Everything looks good and ready to pay unless you select randomly once a year a Pro Bono member (it could be me) and have a free year :). Just kidding. Have some rest.
Tim
Hi Kyle,
After I updated new credit card info in my Premium WA membership would I still be able to use the new credit card in the upcoming yearly payment. I just do not want to miss the payment opportunity coming up soon (April 15, 2016 I believe). Trying to collect some flying miles on the new credit card.
Thank you,
Tim

How can you understand Kyle's video lessons if you don't speak english? Thank you, Tim
Hello Bart,
I admire your sense of humor but I am aware that I asked my question in English. I am simply helping a friend of mine who lives in Athens, Greece (who today just became a member of WA because of my recommendation - which can be tracked from which computer IP of that country you are registering). He was able to read the welcome letter from Kyle in greek and everything in WA except the welcoming video which of course was in English. Hope that solves your curiosity.
Regards,
Tim
Hello Michelle,
That is absolutely correct. I responded to gentleman below (Bart87) the reason I posted my today's question. Thank you for understanding. I may ask Kyle myself as to how come "foreigners" can sign up, read their welcome letter perhaps in their native language but still assuming that everyone knows english? This could be a great field to work on so more people will join WA if they have the opportunity to listen to training videos in their language. Great challenge though.
Regards,
Tim
I had a portuguese referral, she left, I send her this link
http://download.cnet.com/SpeechTrans-Ultimate-Translator/3000-20424_4-75913987.html
7 days free trial, after that to buy for $9,99
and this one http://goo.gl/VAxsl6
and there are to my knowledge to scriptures about the first lessons.
I found a written version of bootcamp lessons in script. Affiliate Bootcamp Course 1 - Video Scripts Affiliate Bootcamp Course 2 - Video Scripts There is no cooperation in this matter from WA itself.
Thank you Loes for your valuable information. I sent to my friend those links you provided and hopefully he can use them to translate Kyle's training videos in the best way. Regards, Tim
Hi Tim. The videos at this time are only in English, and I've been told that trying to use a translator distorts them. I know this is a difficult issue for those who don't speak English, but I'm not aware of any "fixes."
Thank you Michelle. That could and will potentially stop many people around the world to join WA because of limited or none of translations.
Regards,
Tim
Here is a quote from Kyle when he responded to another member:
WA is currently an English only community, but at some point we may consider moving into languages like Spanish and French. The training videos are English and so is the support and that is the reason we have not ventured outside of English at this point, but at some point in the future this may be an option.
Thank you so much MarineMom. I truly appreciate your help and digging out some answers to my question. Regards, Tim

Where can I find username and password to enter my administration page?
I just moved my web page from SiteRubix to my own domain and need to make changes to "Private Polic
I clicked "Login" (blue color) and it takes me at WordPress with the username auto-populated with word "admin" and password space empty. This is where I do not know what password I should use.
Thank you. Tim
I was able to reset it (the SiteRubix admin page though). I also clicked login for my webpage and instead of reset I see "synchronize". Next thing I did. I clicked 'Login Now" and it took me to WordPress login page. I am trying to understand how to enter the page and make changes make changes to my webpage.
Have you transferred your domain to WA already? If you did so successfully, you will see 2 websites...the SiteRubix and your purchased one.
Yes, I transferred (moved) my web page as a matter of fact from WA to Namecheap.com where I bought a domain prior making the move. It transferred successfully and yes, I see both sites in WA.
Oh you mean from Namecheap to here.
Okay, so if you click on the purchased domain, can you get in? You will not need a password. Let me know.
Yes, when I click on my purchased domain I can see my website perfectly and I do not need any password. I am good at this point.
My problem is how to make changes of my domain website when I need to and what page should I get inside to make these changes happen. For example I need to modify Private Policy by removing the "SiteRubix" out of each and every name listed in policy. Which web site do we use to maintain our own domain website? That is what I am looking for a correct answer. I am under impression that we still use the website still in our WA to edit, change etc our own domain website. Is this correct or am I missing something fundamental. Thank you so much for your help. Tim
Oh that was not the message received by myself. You only need your purchased domain...no need to touch the SiteRubix...EVER!
No worries about SiteRubix. I have not touched that at all. It is the same way as when I build it here at WA. So, where do I go to maintain my own domain web page? Where do you go to change or modify Private Policy and all other things that I was able to change while I was still under SiteRubix? I followed so far every step from training of course 1, lessons 1-10, Level 1 and course 2, lesson 1, level 2.
The domain you purchased. What am I missing? Your only website, NOW, to do anything with is your purchased domain.
So, to edit, make changes, add content etc do I need to go to my domain where my website is? Forgive my ignorance, just need to grasp the concept of the difference between subdomain (SiteRubix) and NameCheap domain and go from there. I am getting close though. So, how do I go to make those changes in my website now that I am in the open ocean? Thank you.

I just created About Me and Privacy Policy. Why I can't see them in my website? Thank you Tim
Thank you Steve. I will try that. If I recall correctly Kyle did not mention anything about adding these pages to our menu. Will see. Regards, Tim
Some themes add them automatically while some require you to add them manually. Let us know if you need help.
How would you add these pages manually? Can you guide me on that? Is it by using "Add a menu" in website itself?
Watched the 6 minutes video and applied instructions on my website. It worked! Now I am on my way to lesson 9, course 1, level 1. One step at a time.
Thank you so much Steve.
Regards,
Tim
Thank you Steve, have done it
Now I can not create an email, I click on my domain but it keeps saying choose a domain
