Where I paste a code given by Ad sense to fix a warning?
It says itbus affecting my earnings and revenues. They say I have to paste it in root subdomain. In a simple explana

Did you put the I'd in the plugin settings? Have you opened a ticket with Site Support asking them to create the file for you?

Thank you for your reply...again.
Yes I put my pub-id in the code. I have send them feedbacks since is the only available option my adsense page gives me. I don't see a support site anywhere.
They have reply me on two occasions with too technical explanation (I'm kind of new in this)by email and is impossible to replying to them.
I've been considering cancelling my account with them and start adsense all over again. This is beginning to overwhelm me.
I've even ask them (in feedback message) to please put my pub-id# in my root domain. The latter erased the warning in my website, but the warning kept popping in the adsense account.
I don't know what else to do.

I meant open a ticket here at WA with WA's Site Support:
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/support

If you open a ticket following the link above and let them know you need an ads.txt file at the root of your site with your code (provide it to them), they should be able to create it for you.

If they don't end up helping you...I can offer a remote control session where I control your computer and help you with it but that won't be today.

I put the tickey

I try to open my site in the worpress mobile app but it displays an 403 error on xlp rcm. Whatever that is?

Although your website is WordPress-based, it's not actually on WordPress. You can't use the WordPress app for websites hosted on WA.

Then I have to unsubscribe from WA to use the app?

I mean, I don't want to be with WA forever.

Although I'd argue the value of WA's hosting system and whatnot, you're not locked to WA. You can take your site to another host if you wish.

Adsense is warning me to add an ads.txt file, otherwise my earnings and revenues would be affected. I don't know What to do. I have been following the instruction when pressing

You have a couple of options:

1) Open a ticket with Site Support and ask them to create it
2) Use a plugin titled ads.txt to do it
3) Use FTP and place the file yourself

1 and 2 I have already done. Those people doesn't answer! About 3, what the heck is an FTP?

FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol. It's a way of logged into the file system of servers and copying files back and forth, etc.

You can create the ads.txt file and then use an FTP program to place it.

You can find your site's FTP program under Websites > Site Manager by clicking on the Details button for the site.

If you've already done the ads.txt plugin and provided the information, you should be set.

Why I am Asked to provide a Gravatar email for placing comments to a particular websites?

Why this is not mentioned in the train courses? This was like a surprise, surprise to me. It is encourage to give feed backs and comments but this is never mentioned?

It is, I can't remember which training it was in, but it was a link to follow so you would have missed it if you schemed through after you watched the video, I can't remember which lesson it was in.

thank you

You are very welcome, it threw me off too lol

It basically lets people know who you are by offering a profile picture so that it shows that the comments are reliable. You would connect to the email address that you use for your WordPress site.

Hi - you need a Gravatar account to be able to leave comments. Here is Kyle's training, which explains it.
