Try your notifications again now. Seems there was some scripting issues with WA earlier.

Contact tech support and let them know what is happening and they should be able to fix the problem.
Put in a ticket with SiteSupport. This happened to me the first day of the UX switchover and they were able to resolve it for me (they said they didn't do anything, but after I put the ticket in, the problem mysteriously resolved itself).
