I agree just about anything that uses the Elementor Page Builder Plugin is pretty efficient and fast. You can have a site up in running in a 1 hour or so. In my opinion.
There is also the Divi page builder as well but in my experience the more effects and plugins you add the slower it can be. WA hosting is great but it's designed for small micro niche blogs mostly information blogs not video blogs, etc.
So I would stick with Elementor Page Builder Plugins themes. My personal favorite is the Neve theme. You can by the pro version and they have templates for just about every popular niche.
It makes it a lot easier to build niche websites quickly and efficiently.

If you'd like to blog on the WA platform, then, do keep in mind that it can also be seen on the internet ... there are also some operating guidelines / rules that the community observes to keep the platform safe and free from spamming ... have you seen Kyle's post on this? ...
And if you'd like to build your own online biz and scale to success, it is best to blog / develop quality content on your own website for search engine ranking and engaging your intended 'niche' audience ....

The WA Blog really is up to you, but you can not use it for Self Promotion or to post anything Niche Related that should only appear on your own blog.
