Here is a Google search result for "how does google rank content" http://bit.ly/2jETnGB in which there are about 35,100,000 posts with their guesses shared online.
Google keeps how they do things pretty much a secret so website owners won't try circumventing the system they use in order to gain unfair advantage.
The only time Google ranks any post as first is if your content is packed with quality and unique content.
Google may not even rank your site for the keywords you are targeting ... especially if you don't use your keywords properly ... or worse ... if you over use them.
