Good morning WA!

I'm hoping that some the expert webmasters can help me out. I have been trying to use my Google Analytics to make sure things are running smoothly with

That means that they have been blocked by either nofollow links or noindex for the pages. This isn't necessarily a bad thing if you have done this deliberately.

Thanks so much for your reply. I'm not really sure if I have nofollow or noindex for those pages. Is there a place within Wordpress that I can check? I'm still trying to get the hang of all of this and I really appreciate your help.

Yes, go to the pages in question and scroll down to see if the noindex is checked, and if you have links, check them in the text editor to see if they have the 'nofollow' attribute.

Did Mel's suggestion work for you Krishna?

Thank you so much! I'm going to try that now. I'll let you know how it turns out. I really appreciate your help on this!

Yes, I think I got it. I went into All SEO and optimized my robot.txt file. When I refreshed, I'm down to two errors, both are for images (they contain affiliate links). I'm guessing that those aren't going to be a big deal, but so relieved to see the other errors gone. Thank you again for everything!

If you edit your question ... here's how and say, type RESOLVED - bolded ... and then put your resolve under your question text.

Then those who click to answer your question will see straight away that your issue is now resolved ... saving members time ... and ... future searchers to SEE straight away what your resolve was so they won't have to ask the same question.

This is ONLY a suggestion ... not a requirement.

Thank you so much for your suggestion. I'm going to go through and see if I can resolve the other two, but then will try to take your advice. Thank you for your kindness.

Good morning!

I have just viewed Course 4, Lesson 9, where Kyle shows us how to share pages via the Facebook like button at the top of the page. Unfortunately, my like b

I was wondering about this too. I think they had removed it somehow. In addition to what Naho has said, just copy and paste the link.

Don’t copy the link on the address bar. Instead, click on the affiliate button (image below) on the page you want to share. That link has your affiliate link already so, when people click and on it and decided to join (provided that they complete their account and upgrade) you’ll get the commission.

Thank you! You're probably right. I'll use the affiliate link. Give me a better chance to learn how this all works. I hope you have a great day!

Hi Krishna, copy and paste the link is the usual thing to do:)

Thank you so much. I'll try that for now. I might poke around still to see if I can find where that "like" button might be. Perhaps it's just hiding :)

Hi thank you for your response. This is the video from the lesson I'm referencing. In the video, Kyle shows a Facebook like button on the grey bar which shows what lesson, classroom, etc. you are currently in.

I'm still pretty new to this so I apologize if I'm misunderstanding.

Maybe you have misunderstood some things. There's no Facebook like button in each of the pages here in WA. Only, affiliate links that can be shared on Facebook...

Is that correct?

Hello everyone,

I tried researching this and was unable to find the answer. My apologies if I've overlooked it. I'm trying to figure out if there is a simple way to ad

This is the plugin that will need to do that:

https://wordpress.org/plugins/jonradio-current-year-and-copyright-shortcodes/

Thank you so much for your help! That worked! Thanks everyone!

It depends on the theme but usually you can manually add it into the footer using the customise option (under appearances).

Alternatively you may need to add a footer widget in the widgets (appearance) section.

I don't know about automatically updating (but once every 12 months isn't that often to do it manually!)

Most themes have them included, I am wondering why it is missing in the theme used.

To insert manually, go to appearance > editor > Edit Footer.php

What is your theme? I did use one theme once that wouldn't allow me to add them.

I'm using the Sugar and Spice theme. It seems to be finicky about footers, but I think stephhill's plugin is going to do the trick. Thank you! This is what she shared with me.

Hi everyone. I tried searching but couldn't find this anywhere. Is there a way to include the same language on each page/post of my website (like a footer) without having to

I put in my footer code. To do this, you may need to learn little more about creating child theme and editing your footer.php file. See https://themify.me/docs/child-themes how to create child theme..

Thank you so much. I'm going to bookmark this and read through it. It's a lot to learn!

In your site's dashboard, on the side bar, you'll see "Widgets". Click on that and when it opens up, simply click and "slide" the TEXT one to wherever you want your disclosure to be. It will then automatically appear on all your pages/posts! Once you slide the TEXT box where you want, it will open up and you'll be able to type in your disclosure, click "save" and voila! There it is...on all your pages like magic!
Be blessed with Success!

Thank you so much! That worked like a charm. I actually just used the help you gave me here to add the disclosure you kindly provided for Amazon to my website. You are truly a rockstar. Thank you again!

Thanks for the kudos ... the closest thing I've been to a "rockstar" is when my grandkids call me "grambo" LOL. You are very welcome.
Be Blessed with Success!! :)

I put in a lighter gray font directly above each of my posts "This post contains affiliate links."
forrallwelove.com

take a look...;)-

Thank you so much. Did you retype it each time or does it automatically show up for you with a plugin/widget (I am just starting so really have no clue what I'm doing).

Also, tried to take a look at your page, but it didn't seem to want to share. Can you try one more time?

Thank you so much for helping me!
