Social security
Really what does this mean if the debt ceiling is not raised? At this time I think the debt ceiling is really way to high. The government gives to much money away to foreign countries. I believe the USA should help other countries but so should all other countries help each other.
Also our government funds some ridiculous programs like:
1. Study fish in a treadmill, this study is absolutely ridiculous.
2.Mango a Day Costs How Much?
The U.S. Agency for International Development has spent 30 million dollars to help develop Pakistani Mango farming ? I think this money would be better spentfor the American Farmer.
3.The U.S. Federal Government spent 2.6 million dollars in advertising to encourage Chinese prostitutes to drink responsibly. Dos Equis might have the Most Interesting Man in the World, but the Federal Government has the most interesting advertisement in the world.
4.Lucky ONE
The U.S. Department of Agriculture spent two million dollars to create an internship program which resulted in the hiring of one full time employee. Total insanity.
5.Inmate Athletes v. Student Athletes?
The Federal Government paid $750,000 to build a new Soccer field for inmates at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. What about American kids needing a new soccer field?
6.Monkey Business
The U.S. National Institutes of Health funded a $592,527 study to explain why Chimpanzees throw their feces. How about we throw some feces at the but who approved this study?
7. Birds
The U.S. Air Force Office of Scientific Research conducted a study which determined that the first bird on earth most likely had black feathers. I have no words.
My heart is pounding and I can feel intense anger at these stupid things. The trouble is we have no say in these programs and the funding of them. I'm stopping here, but if you want more do some research on google.
This all brings me back to Social Security. I believe could be funded for the next twenty five years if the government would stop wasting tax payers money.
It makes me happy to see young people coming into wealthy affiliate, the skills they learn can lead them to much success and no need to count on government programs. Them starting at a younger age have more time to save money.

I agree, it is all nonsense.
And when the judicial system is bought and paid for, there is not much of a chance that it gets fixed.
But, I have to try and stay hopeful.
I absolutely agree Kathie! All that ridiculousness is packed into these 4,000 page SPENDING BILLS they have to vote on without having sufficient time to even know what’s all in them!
But the ones writing the bills know! They’re working the system! Yep don’t get me started! They not politicians, they’re magicians. Crafty ones, sleight of hand !
Fish on a treadmill, lol. What’s wrong with that, next the Government should work out how many brains does it take to run Congress.
