none of my emails are opening. What wrong with it ? why it will not open ?

Hi I'd check credentials again if no joy I would contact support.
Are you perhaps trying open more than one webmail in the same browser, if so it won't work. You need be signed out one and logged in another.

if you are double clicking hte password then pasting it in to hte email system to open it ...it will fail
the reason for this is that you get an extra character at the start of the keyword...
so what i do is to paste the password and then press home and delete....this gets rid of that first character and you get in....
must put that on the bug thread as well....
hopefully you can now get in
the other way without hte hassle of deleting the character is to open the smtp settings and copy the top password and that is clean....
i hope you manage to get in

I have not received last months and pending commissions the last one was 160 it did not reach my account

Can someone tell me where to go to personalize an email address with my domain name?
They show you within the training, otherwise it'll be within the SiteManager area. Look at the top bar and look for "SiteEmail" and you'll be able to set up your email.
