Can you not use one-link? One-Link connects all your Amazon accounts into one so it doesn't really matter which one you use.

It is becoming apparent that many affiliate programs require tax information, which makes sense. Seeing as I am only 15 I have little to no knowledge of how taxes actually work
As you're under 18 you'll require parental consent to become an affiliate marketer. They would be the ones to answer your questions re tax.
What would I require consent for/where would that be required? It wasn't required to sign up for Wealthy Affiliate.
Always read the terms and conditions of any company you intend to do business with including Wealthy Affiliate..

Im trying to move my privacy policy from my main menu to a footer and I am unsure on how to do that. I have the header and footer plugin installed.
No, you don't need the Header & Footer plugin for this bit !
Just create a new menu, in Appearance > Menus, call it Legal or something, and add your Privacy Policy, About, Contact Form, etc. to it.
Then in Appearance > Widgets, drag a Custom Menu widget into the footer area, and select your Legal menu.
