Meet Terry Johnson
The Artist, Online Marketer,
and the Advocate For Human Potential
What most people know me for is my art, especially my graphic T-Shirts. Since I was a child art intrigued me as I watched a naturally gifted classmate do art that wowed me and I vowed to become as good as him. I practiced and practiced. Everyday was a day to do art and eventually something odd happened, I surpassed my classmate. Maybe that experience influenced my thinking about what’s really behind those who achieve legendary status. My final conclusion is raw talent does help but it’s not enough; the greatness only shows up when you are willing to do the work. I am still intrigued when I see the works of other talented people and I don’t care rather it’s in art or the amputee running a race, humans are fascinating and that’s why I wanted to do the Human Potential Project.
As part of my own Human Potential Project, I have joined my wife in starting this online business. Full disclosure, she’s the techy, I’m not. So when she told me that we were plugging into a proven training system and hiring a coach, I said, “Cool, I’m in”. Serious people, if I can take this on and actually get excited about it, I know you can, too. This stuff makes sense when you start looking under the hood of the 7-figure earners who aren’t trying to keep their systems a secret. One of the easiest ways to get started, in my humble opinion, is blogging but blogging without a purpose, it truly a waste of time. It’s all about getting your content to rank in the search engines. BTW, did you know that Youtube is the #2 Search Engine and will soon kick Google down to #2. I guess I have to start doing video. I am so not looking for that, but if that’s what it takes, I’m in.
Also, I'm a t-shirt guy who still buys vinyl records. I love the music from the 80’s and 90’s. I love painting artists and hearing the stories of how they honed their craft always gets me going. Everyone has the ability to do something great but so few are willing to take that on. If I can inspire and support people taking "IT" on, I’m in.
