My journey with Wealth Affiliate - Progress

I joined Wealth Affiliate in 2017, but only became more active in 2018. I started being very active because when the year started I ask myself where do I want to be in 5 years’ time? Why, do I want to pursue entrepreneurship? & what is my next for 2018?. Since, I already registered under Wealth Affiliate, it became my number one online business that I want to pursue, develop and be good at. I have never seen a platform as great as Wealth Affiliate, I became a premium member in February and started Level 1 training. I learned so much on the platform and continue to learn everyday. What I love about WA is the training, the community as a whole and the fact that we all learn from each other, help one another and are basically there for each other.

Creating my Niche:

I created a website where my niche was a focus on the things I love like beauty products, and named it www.thenaturalbeautyfix.sitebix, but also registered my own .com website name www.cocobeautyfix.com – and I moved my content from thenaturalbeautyfix to cocobeautyfix. I decided on the natural/organic beauty products because of trying to live a more healthy and conscious lifestyle. I also earned the Certificate badge for completing my Level 1 Training. I must say that I have always been intimidated a lot when it comes to writing content because I always thought you must be a journalist or writer to write, and write good content, but I feel that is one area am also growing to love, to tell my story authentically. In a Short space of time I have learned to create content with Keywords, I have set up my own domain e-mail and the best part is everything is on the platform for your ease and convenience. I have created content for my post for my website and also learned to add picture and where to get Hi-res picture form the different sites.

Things I am most proud of

I have learned to use my dormant and not so active Google Plus account, to link my post and get people engaged with my page. I look forward to interact with different people from the community. I love how my website has turned out and am working on putting more valuable and well researched and written content on it. I have not monetized my site yet because am still learning from the ground up, how to get things done. I’m also a very shy person and Wealth Affiliate has given me the greatest confidence and to believe in myself that I can do it, I can achieve the goals I have set myself.

My short term goals – 3 months

I would like to develop my website more and create great content. I would also like to be a Wealth Affiliate Ambassador and assist others in the community to achieve their dreams, and I believe I can do it in the next 3 months as well as finish my training. Perhaps I can build another website with a different niche focusing on travel in Africa, but baby steps for now.

Long term- 6 months

I will work towards monetizing my side, I would love to achieve the earning goals I have set for myself at the beginning of my journey. Be actively involved within the WA Community and Finish the trainings. The best thing for me is, I want to leave the rat race and work on the online businesses full-time, so perhaps that can be achieved if I focus, follow the training to the tee, and also assist other community members.
