WA server you mentioned aren't any of those. WA uses AWS, Amazon they don't call it web server more like an EC2, biggest CDN in the world. It's a bit different than what you think. Carson would know the answer to this question.
The full cloud redundancy is from Amazon and it's the biggest one. Kyle showed you the link so you can see it's from Amazon. Soon we will hear about the enterprise service that Kyle announced last month.

I mistakenly clicked an email from Wealthy Affiliate as spam. I tried to remedy the situation on my own with no joy. I've contacted my service provider, and we have taken steps

Am not exactly sure what you are asking. You say that your service provider has fixed this issue for you... if so... what is your question please?
Not knowing exactly what email software you are using, it should be a simple right mouse click to fix a message from being marked as Junk or Spam to being Safe.
If that is still your issue, you could Google search using the name of your email software and ask to mark emails as safe.

I apologize for not clearly stating my issue. I did the right click on wanting to receive emails. My server is Cincinnati Bell. I received an email from WA saying Wa is suspending my account to getting any more emails, which concerned me.
I've been working with Cincinnati Bell to get my issue fixed, I've done the steps they said that would fix it, yet no joy. I am contacting them again to see if they can rectify this issue. Thanks for responding so quickly.

Why I ask you this is that this sounds like it could be a spammer masking to be from WA.

Depends on what the plugin does, can it automatically retrieve data? Does it place a privacy box under your comment box? Can people request to be forgotten?

Just go over your membership settings and make sure it is as you want it. If it doesn't perform as you want it to do, I suggest that you log a ticket to support. You are the only one that has access to your account settings. The community can't check that for you.
I can only speak for myself. Nothing has changed on my account with the new roll out and I haven't noticed anybody else with a problem.
