i wanted to start this off by saying this is a very amazing and very engaging program to be a part of. i used to be a big help to my track and cross country team back in high school. now im not saying i was the best runner in any way.. but i think that just being there for my people when they needed me was more than enough to carry us through our meets. that motivation that i gave helped us get through cold nights, tough practices, and fun times overall. you need to keep this motivation through
