Log into your website using Site Manager, and you are at the dashboard of your WP site. Is that what you meant?

Hi, Klasbnch, you can do this through the back place of your website. Here is a source I think can help you. How To Delete A WordPress Theme
You mean the first post that says "Hello, World?" In your dashboard, go to "Posts" and then you will see it listed there. Hover over the title with your mouse and you will see a choice to put it in the trash!
Hi Kim Im wanting to do the same but Im using the welcome to Sydney theme and wish to get rid of the welcome to Sydney text that appears on my website I have been to the dashboard posts, pages, customize and have found no option to delete or change this welcome to Sydney text. Any suggestions?
That sounds like part of the title? Is it up at the top? Once you're in your WP dashboard, hover on Appearance and click Customize. You will see a new menu on the left. Click Site Identity, that's where the title and tagline are. If you want it blank, you can just delete the text there.
