My Second Website Got Indexed By Google.
It´s official now: My new website has been indexed by Google!
I have n´t made an "official" announcement yet, but I started a new website, my second one. So, I guess this is the announcement. I did mention my motivation issues with my poker website. I do like playing poker, but writing about it was getting exhausting to me. Maybe it was n´t the right niche to me after all.
I got an inspiration to start a unicorn website. I could n´t resist it, so I did. I have already published some posts on my new blog. Now this new site has been indexed by Google! I´ve been waiting for the annoncement to arrive for a while, and it did.
I have a very good feeling about my new blog! I feel motivated. It feels much easier to write about my new niche. I have n´t "officially" abandoned my old website, but I have n´t written on it for weeks. Now I´m focusing on my new website, which I´ve been able to keep active from the start.
That was not the case with my old website; I never posted regularly on that site, even in the beginning. Still, for some reason, I felt guilty about leaving my old website and starting a new one. I felt a little sad even. I don´t know why. But I had to do what felt right to me, and starting with a new niche felt right. It still feels right. The guilt about leaving my first niche is also starting to fade away.
Changing my niche never made me feel like I had failed, though. Why would I think that? I´ve learned so much building my first website, that starting the second one was so much smoother and so much easier. I had zero experience, when I started my first blog, and I have gained some knowledge in the process of building my first website.
With my new blog, I have rehearsed some training I have already done before, to make sure I make all the settings right with my new website too. But there´s no need to go through all the old lessons again, because I already know some of that stuff. Moving forward is so much smoother and faster now. And I´m ready to move forward, with my new website indexed!

What a relief I´m not the only one! In the training Kyle said "your first niche will probably not be your last", and he was right.

Congrats on your new site. Sounds like you've made a great choice. We have to enjoy writing content for our site otherwise we won't feel motivated to do it and it will feel more like a chore.
Thank you! Yeah, now writing does n´t feel like a chore, it´s more like "sunshine, unicorns and rainbows", even though I need to do a lot of research with my new niche too.
