Life doesn't stop when you are sick

I am in and out here at WA for the last 1-1/2 weeks. What started with "just" a dry cough (nasty enough I can tell you) turned out to be an acute Bronchitis with the cough attached.

Anyway, even though I wasn't much good to do anything or concentrate on anything due to the sudden cough attacks etc. I certainly did do something and it was concentrating or better contemplating on my achievements in reasoned years and especially since I am with WA.

I have learned so much since I started 3 years ago, have met great people and still do, I do implement the lessons I have learned into my online business and how it fits and much more.

I also used the time, when I wasn't napping away, to organize one of my computers because I do like everything clean and organized.

I also contemplated on myself and those who do know me a bit do know that I am very interested and do have knowledge about energetic healing. Being a holistic energy practitioner, as well being a Life Coach, I took a bit of my own "medicine" I usually would give to my clients.

Once in a while you have to empty yourself like you empty your garbage bin. Overtime there are too many items collected where actually most of them are not or not anymore useful to our life. I call it going back to be at "Zero".

To reach this point sometimes being sick can actually be a hidden blessing because we are "forced" to look and focus on ourselves which sometimes gets so horribly lost in our busy lives.

Therefore, even though you can't work on anything outside of you you are still able to do some "inside" work and when you are back to normal you are also back with a new(er) perspective on things and can, once again, put the metal to the petal.

Hope you are feeling better Sylvia. You are certainly right about life not stooping when we get sick. So many things can still get done even though we are not feeling completely well. Most often, it’s things that we tend to put off. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts.
Jerome

Thanks, Jerome for asking I am getting better day by day but it is tougher than I thought at first, I am not the most patient person when it comes to myself. :)

There is so much we can accomplish when we are not at our optimal. something which many do not realize. Thanks for the reminder Sylvia!

thanks, Kaju for stopping by :)

Thanks for sharing, Sylvia.

Thanks, Roger for stopping by :)

"Empty yourself"- it's really good advice. And once in a while it's good to cleanse the body's systems, too- kidneys, liver. bowels, lymph. Your organism starts working better after that. Sure, everything should be done with caution, preferably, under doctor's surveillance.
Get better, Sylvia:)

Thanks, Very, appreciated :)

I hope you are feeling better Sylvia. That bronchitis thing is going around here too.

I need your message above now too. I have been sick with various things for months and it is really getting me down and depressed. My auto-immune problems are discouraging and I feel like I will never be healthy again. I have had serious problems for 5 years and it just feels like forever. I can only sleep on my back with ice on both knees and both hips all night so I can't move. I can't stand for too long without causing problems and I can do many things (walking, working, cleaning, cooking, climbing stairs etc.) but then I overdue it and I am exhausted and hurting for days afterward. The biggest problem is the bursitis in my hips and knees. I have some minerals to try that should help so hopefully it will be better!

Hang in there dear, will PM you soon don't like to respond right here, also thanks for your get well wish, appreciated. :)

Hi Jessica, I am sorry about your problems. Seems like quite a lot of them. But never be discouraged and never say negative words. We program ourselves saying that. Most likely your problems are somatic, that is connected with stress, with some negative experiences. Thus, problems in legs might indicate you are not too sure about your future for some reason, or are apprehensive about some coming events.Cope with your worries, and your legs should be getting better.
I also copied what I've written to Sylvia for you to read:

Even when I am happy and optimistic I have the same problems but yes, it does make coping easier. I have the Epstein Barr virus that is active (most people are carriers but it isn't active) and I also have nutrient deficiencies. Magnesium, Vit D etc. really help with fatigue, soreness etc.

Thanks Vera.

I believe I came across something which is right for you at one Russian site yesterday. Will need to look for some American source for it, and then I will PM you this.
And looks like you need more sun which is difficult to get in your state. I guess you need to have one more honeymoon in Hawaii...:)))

Yes, I take a lot of Vit D...especially in the winter I got almost no sun at all.

Thanks Vera.

:)

Surely it will ease sooner. As you mentioned, it is sometime a sign our body is reacting to. show your stubbornness to it and never give-up you are more powerful than anything created and you will eventually win Kiliwia62

Thank you for your encouraging comment. :)

Interesting and wishing you a quick recovery..

Thank you :)

Healing works best inside to outside!

Yes, Michael, it really does :)

Nice one, Sylvia! I have a friend who has been very ill and I tell him ok you can't do anything, no access to computer etc, but you can do your 'mindwork' which sets you up for life - so easy to tell someone else that, but so much harder to do it ourselves, glad you got so much done - and get well soon! :)

Thanks, Mary I am feeling a bit better. I am a tough cookie too. :)
