I'm Back

Re-Bloom

It has been a few years since I first joined WA. I first joined with the hope of making some extra money on the internet, like everyone else. But then, life changed, and I had a fourth baby, a beautiful girl to make our family complete. While I was off work, I had let my websites lapse and fall into virtual ruin. My links no longer worked, and my affiliate accounts had expired. I spent some time experimenting and building websites for my friends and family, not for profit, just for practice you see. Then via a brief ecommerce stint on Shopify where I haemmorhaged an awful lot of money on facebook advertising, I have now found my way back to Wealthy Affiliate.

This time I've got a whole new perspective.

I've got a new fire. Where last time I wasn't hungry enough to be successful, this time I have a new reason to be hungry. I've got a backstory! We almost went bankrupt, but we couldn't file bankruptcy because of the travel restrictions that would place on us. Have a look at my new site, and you will see why this might be a problem: https://gadsventure.com/

My previous attempts to find a niche failed because for some reason I was trying to avoid my one true passion.

My passion is travel.

Not holidays as such, but real, down to earth family travel. With the whole family. Big long trips like the year we spent in a caravan driving around Australia or the 6 months in a campervan around Europe, or South America. We are seasoned travellers, and we are going to take the plunge next year and head overseas with our 4 young children and see where the seas take us!

Our offspring will be aged 9, 7, 5 and 1.5 when we depart. Our first step is selling our house here and hopefully raising a little capital with the selling of our car etc. We plan to spend the first 6 months somewhere cheap and cheerful such as Bali, in a long term rental where we can homeschool the children and really work at building our audience and followers.

The next step will be moving to the UK where we can do some temp jobs if we need to raise more money, to buy a campervan and travel around Europe again, this time with our children. Every step will be documented on blogs, youtube, instagram and more. Our homeschool journey, our destinations, our experiences and fun along the way. If this is something you might be interested in, have a look at my instagram here. And Follow, follow, follow.

My website is still very much a work in progress.

I am going through the training for about the 5th time, step by step, so I don't miss any vital lessons. I am hoping to consolodate my skills, and use my new fire and my real passion to take it to the next level.

In three months, I need to replace my income. In 12 months, replace my husband's as well.

Stay tuned fellow WA members. I am going to be one of the success stories.

Thanks for reading, Kris xxx
