I need your opinion Ladies and Gents.....

Kyle mentioned in this months Super Affiliate Challenge that compared to blogs, with You Tube videos we can target slightly more competitive keywords for our YT Titles and Descriptions.

I also reviewed Jay's excellent Live Video Class on "Promoting You Tube Videos" from 4/19/19 and he mentioned the key is to place your main keyword in the YT video Title, Tags. and Description. Which makes a ton of SEO sense since this is analgous to how we use our keyword in our meta title and meta description for our posts. (for YT videoes, we should only also be adding our main KW in our Tags).

So without giving the "Hook" away (which is why one word is blocked out), which one of these 2 highly relevant keywords would you choose to target to use for your You Tube video title, tags, and Description if you could pick only one?

Keyword 1 or Keyword 2

QSR 114 is my pick. Not much difference in QSR but twice as much traffic, AND, as you pointed out "Kyle mentioned in this months Super Affiliate Challenge that compared to blogs, with You Tube videos we can target slightly more competitive keywords for our YT Titles and Description"

They are very close. Also, even if Kyle always insists on an under 100 QSR, he sometimes mentions that under 200 QSR (I am not recommending) is good.

He did mention with YT we can target more competitive KWs. so over 100 is fine if the KW has good relevancy

If it were me I’d pick the one with QSR of 100 even though it has less traffic
Kyle training is always geared to QSR at 100 or less and traffic over 30

True Tim I would for a blog post too, but perhaps you aren't familiar. Kyle mentioned we can target more competitive searches with You Tube.

Not being as familiar with the niche as you are, I would pick the one that you know more about and can deliver the best content on since they are so close in a metric sense. This would be more about user experience than a SEO exercise. They are so close in the metrics it most likely makes no real difference in the ability to rank using only those factors. I believe other factors such as video length and the content. How long will the prospect stay on your video, for example is most likely going to impact the rankings than the very small difference in the search volume and QSR. Those differences are negligible in my opinion.

Good point. Watch time is probably the most important metric no doubt, especially for new YT videos.
