I have been out of the game for a while and I am just getting back into it. While I have not been building my site, the new jaaxy was released and the keyword tool is no more. I don't actually know the numbers of things such as SEO and QSR that we need to search for in order to get a good keyword. Could someone tell me or direct me to some good recent training that is not a video please?

The training is mostly by way of video these days, including the training included on the Jaaxy website itself.
Jay has a few SEO tips blog posts that are not videos, so you might want to scroll through his WA posts.
