I do not have a comment, but a question. are we suppose to choose a niche based on how we understand them or how sale-able they are. because what if you have a passion for you offline work and it is not salable on online then, what do you do? will the right answer be to choose a saleable niche and then study it? Thanks.

The key is doing all three as part of your campaign. Many think finding those quality keywords is enough and fail to do the rest of the work, and end up with a broad audience that is not targeted, thus, no sales.
