I wanna start a niche with smart pills aka nootropics, these things are supplements that enhance cognition, drive, ambition...etc and they're largely compared to "nzt" pills from the movie "Limitless." so is it okay if my domain name would reference the movie like "enhancedandlimitless.com" or something like that

It might be allowed, but you can come in trouble with Amazon when you want acceptance if the title is branded.
