In this image you can see, Meta Tiitle, Meta Descripion, and Keywords Section.

I have three question in this regards

1. How many long-tail keywords should I add this box?

2. Those all long-tail keywords should be in the content, that means, can I add any long-tail keyword relevent to the post, in this box?

3. Is this section's keywords important to rank the site?

I have doubt about such thing, when publishing the post. Please join with me to share your knowledge and experience. I highly appreciate your participation on it. Thanks so much your joining.

You should NEVER write any keywords in the Meta Keywords Tag. Leave that box empty! WordPress will automatically fill that in with Post Tags.

Google has said way back in 2013 to stop placing keywords in the Meta Keywords Tag. Google and the other major search engines do not use that box for rankings.

In fact when people put keywords in that box, Google sees it as keyword stuffing and can negatively impact the rankings of that post. So never place any keywords in that box.

I think these boxes are filled automatically when you are writing and then saving your post. One post should in general contain one keyword (in the title), whether long or short tail.
