My site is going to be soft-style martial arts and different equipment ( weapons, staffs, etc. ) plus clothing . . . Now, when I either go to 'Jaxxy' in what looks like a 'file cabinet' in top right-- next to my profile pic. --- OR research, and Jaxxy comes up, I see listings, like, but when I see for instance, soft-style martial arts, I see KQI ( = great & then SEO ( search engine optimization ) is a 98 and that's of course high... then I saw ( going down ) 'deadliest martial arts' ( WOW! ! ! ) the AVERAGE was 160! and QSR = 'great'! and it was 98 . . . So, do I want the highest of these keywords as my keyword, or something in the neighborhood . . . ?? Am trying to decide on main keywords . . . .

Peter, I always keep a list of keywords I find in Jaaxy with their scores, so that I can decide when and whether I want to use them for blog posts. So my advice is the same as below - use them both in different contexts.

You may be able to write a post for both of the keywords you mentioned as long as they have different content.

Looks like you know the legend
AVG >30
>94 for new websites..

Yes you can access via the folder cabinet and also research tab top menu

The metrics I look for

Look for searches (avg.) above 30 and competition (qsr. ) lower than 100, the lower the qsr the better. Starter sites SEO greater than 95.

For your choice of keywords, always do an incognito search on Google before settling on a keyword, to see who appears in the top 3 positions.

Or look in Search Analysis
