Success Is In The Journey..
It's almost a month since I properly started working with Wealthy Affiliate and what a great month it's been. Learned so much in the process and it's been an enlightening journey.
I must admit that it took me several weeks to get going and I was sitting on the fence for a while. I think just by going at my own pace and not getting overwhelmed really helped. Also following the wonderful step by step training has been very beneficial.
Most people want the rewards thick and fast but it takes time to develop the skills/know how. It's akin to doing a 3/4 year college degree and after this you have to keep continually learning to keep up to date (particularly in this industry).
The online marketing landscape is constantly changing...just look at Facebook /Google and how they roll out new features.
One of the best aspects of being a Wealthy Affiliate member is the opportunity to keep learning as I believe the success is in the journey :)

You're absolutely right about going at your own pace. It really does help in not getting overwhelmed because, there certainly is a lot to learn. I think if we take our time and, do it right the first time then, we'll end up with great results. As opposed to rushing through the lessons and, hastily creating our websites. Thank you for your post! It's a great reminder that we need to keep on learning.

Hey Kevin, thanks for another great post. I feel like your posts are written specifically for me. It just speaks directly at me. Success is indeed in the journey and not just the destination. When I was in my 30s I've set a goal to become a millionaire by 40. I'm now 42 and even though I'm far from reaching millionaire status, I have grown a lot as a person and I continue that journey to become financially independent. I walk though my journey continuing to believe I will achieve my goals. Being a member of WA is currently a great part of the puzzle to make those goals a reality.
