That’s completely your choice, this platform isn’t for everyone, sounds like you’re very well established already, so that’s great to hear :-)
Out of curiosity, how much do you pay to host 10 websites, have access to unlimited keyword research, and an awesome community that you can bounce ideas from and learn new things?
WA provide 7 days of completely free access, so that you can make an informed decision whether to upgrade or not. Therefore, they do not have a refund policy. However, you could try messaging Kyle or SiteSupport to see if they will make an exception for you.
You need to cancel your account yourself. This can be done by clicking on your profile image (top-left), then going to Account Settings -> Subscription -> Membership
