If you need a Landing Page for WordPress have a look at ThriveThemes, Leadpages or Optimize Press. They have pretty high converting templates and they all are full-responsive.
Also you can connect you autoresponders (AWeber, GetResponse)
Yes I've heard of thrive themes and leadpages.I've got a strong recommendation for thrive themes.I have joined aweber as well.

I want to know what is the fastest way to upload video from my computer to my wordpress site ?
I would actually recommend you upload it to Youtube and then embed the Youtube video onto your website.
Yep,that's exactly what I did. I'm putting my videos up on youtube and then taking the video url and linking it into my content in wordpress
Have you searched the plugins in your blog dashboard?
Should be plugins that allow you to get it done.
