The Pomodoro technique that I use today give me the ability to write quicker.

I started out submitting one post weekly, my goal for the next week will be two posts and, hopefully, more, and more often, as you can see, there is always a solution to find for everything. I am trying to stick with my belief and patience.

I have an evergreen niche, it is all about a healthy way to be, to stay. What better way to achieve a more robust and lifestyle!
Hopefully, I can help people by delivering relevant information and drive them to look for a different solution.

I believe that if I am here today with WA platform, there is a good reason for that. It is part of my journey.

Happy Sunday to you.

Jacqueline.

And now, my tips for you.

CHERRY TOMATO CROSTINI WITH HOMEMADE HERBED GOAT CHEESE

2 cups of whole goat's milk yogurt

How to make it: line a mesh strainer with a few layers of cheesecloth and set it over a bowl.

Scrape the yogurt into the lined strainer, fold the cloth over the yogurt, and refrigerate for 24 hours. Then put the strained yogurt into a bowl.

Mix in the herbs: shallots, garlic salt, cayenne pepper, finely minced fresh chives, thyme, sage, basil, and parsley.

Now, you will roast the tomatoes in a baking dish.

About 1/2 pounds, of cherry tomatoes, halved, with three tablespoons olive oil, four cloves of garlic finely sliced, fresh herbs, the combination of rosemary or thyme, bay leaf, and basil or sage, adding salt and pepper. You bake for about an hour, scraping the tomatoes and any juices into a bowl and let cool to room temperature.

When ready to serve, slices bread, like ciabatta, a country or a baguette, preheat the oven, brush the bread slices with olive oil, and toast for about 5 minutes remove from the stove rub the slices generously with the garlic clove. Let cool to room temperature.

Serve, thickly smear each of toast with the fresh herbed cheese, pluck out the herbs and spoon the tomatoes and their juices over the toasts. Sprinkle with fresh herbs

Bon appetit.
