When I put in the title to my WA Blog Post as H1 or H2 Fonts they come out looking terrible after I publish - Why?
Are you in Site Content? I noticed that the tool bar in WordPress is
different and they don't have the same functions.
H3 is the largest I use and have never had any problems. Maybe try that one and see if it will work?
Try editing it in WordPress, try using a smaller font and see what happens after updating it. Just a suggestion, don't know if it Will help.

When contacting Kyle (or Carson) you need to make sure that the option you click on offers you a blank form titled "Contact Kyle or Carson" else yes, you end up sharing your message in a classroom... or, sending to SiteSupport.

guidance from them to make sure that what I am proposing is
within the rules of WA. I have spent time getting to this point
and do not want to continue on this path without having them
tell me that it is OK! That is the main question that I have, but
while I was contacting them I wanted to ask several questions
(technical) about my website. I hope this answers your query!

I am interested in promoting some of the charitable organizations and want to know if there are any restrictions.
Charitable organizations are the same as businesses in many ways .. they are "Brands" with marketing and image strategies. They may or may not want you promoting them. It is like becoming their "Affiliate" although not profut making. Firstly look at their website, they may already have guidelines, second, as Mel says, contact them.
