I have both pages set up but I have 2 problems. I cannot upload pictures to my About me page and neither page will publish. What have I missed?

I have both pages set up but I have 2 problems. I cannot upload pictures to my About me page and neither page will publish. What have I missed?
It's difficult to know how to help without fully understanding the problem. Are you logged in properly? Is there any way to take a screen shot so that maybe someone could better assist you?
I dont really know how to take a screenshot but it says I am logged in. When I search my website I can find it. It just does not show up.
