hey hi Wealthy Affiliate Millionaire Members, Billionaires, Millionaire-wannabees!

How do you spend the first few waking hours of each day?

Apparently there's a 'typical' kind of early morning for millionaires. . . chuckles. . .

Here's an example of my very own "Million Dollar" mornings:

4:30 a.m. Wake-UP

5:00 a.m. Sing with the Song birds!

5:30 a.m. Exercise, and exercise some more. . .

6:00 a.m. Meditate. . .

6:30 a.m. Read

7:00 a.m. Breakfast

7:30 a.m. Start my Day

I dont exactly have a million dollar morning just yet, but I do get up st 6am and make my morning coffee. By 7 I drink said coffee and at 730 my day begins with daily goals, weekly goals review, and setting up my daily schedule at 8am the workday I'd in full swing until 6PM when I'm done for the day. Today is a little different because I needed to get some emails answered and I've been putting it off. Thanks for a great post.

hey hi Joseph .... super to see ya here today! ... encourage you to keep at it .... think you're already a millionaire ... and take the right action steps towards it ..... you're already there! ..... :)

I jog every morning, from the bedroom to the bathroom and then I jog all the way back.
That's just for starters.
My goodness I get tired just thinking about all the exercise... yawn... sorry about that, time for a rest.
Just kidding, I don't jog... but the rest of it is true.

... sounds like exercise to me ..... lol .... actually an acquaintance once also described an interesting exercise of his .... his words "i'd go on the couch and just wait 'til the urge to exercise goes away!" ... that was his idea of exercise .... lol ....

.... anyway, as long as there's a regular dynamic movement of any kind ... it's good for the both the body & soul ....

You have a pretty interesting morning routine. Thanks for sharing! The following is my morning routine.

6:00 am Wake-Up, Work on WA!
7:00 am Prayer, Meditation, Morning stretches
8:00 am Shower, Get Dressed
8:45 am Begin my Day job on Zoom
10:20 - 10:50 Lunch I am practicing intermittent fasting so this is
the time I break my fast so I eat lunch instead of
breakfast.
1:30 pm End of my job work day and the beginning of the rest of
my day.

Thanks for sharing your schedule. I like working from 11pm to 4am.

I get to bed at your waking up time. After I freshen up by midday I go out to feed the wild birds and squirrels.

During the day is when I respond to WA messages, comment on posts and answer questions. I do this in between meals and watching recorded TV with my wife.

There are chores to do taking care of 3 cats and 3 dogs. Gardening and shopping.


All my creative work like research and writing content is done during the quiet of the night.

There are two additional actions I take when I awake and before sleeping. I say aloud my goals, when I expect to meet them, and what I am committed to doing to achieve them. Its like programming my mind.

I often forget to do this and need to do a better job at it.

Yes, and you're right ... it's all about 'mind-set.' .... encourage you to remember to do it at least daily ... pick a time that you will remember to do it ... perhaps just upon first waking or last thing before retiring to zzz .... or both ....

05.30 I wake up normally.
First 30 minutes no internet
Water first - then breakfast
Coffee or Matcha Tea
30 minutes morning routine. 30 minutes writing.
07.00 . 30 minutes walk to work
Working as much as I can writing after work.

Since I work on Demand this goes for the days I work early. If I am working late I write until I go to work late.
7-8 hours sleep
