Sleep-In Saturday!
Hey Wonderful Wealthy Affiliate members --- have you been running ragged and feeling dragged?
Did you know that over 75% of Northern Hemispherics feel fatigued these past weeks?

Getting enough sleep is healthy and refreshing. Everyone should find time to do so. There are medical journals with evidence to show that a person who sleeps well will reduce a big chance for heart diseases. My balance in life is proper diets, exercise, and sleep. I always point out this out: What's the sense of making a million dollars, when you can't enjoy it living healthy. So many rich people focus on money making, but their health records show a different story. The money they made are being used for their health care, when it should be used for expanding their gains. They have the money to buy the best foods, time to exercise and even to buy a coach, and to buy the best beds they can sleep on. LOL! A little too much! Take care everyone.
*** Right ON, John! ... excellent commentary and observations! ...
All the best in multi-millionaire-hood, cheerio ... :) ***
I did exactly that even before I read your very nice post. My wife and I went out late breakfast and did a little shopping and I didn't start anything till mid afternoon. I feel better already and am beginning to digest Jay's Pin webinar from last night and I came to the conclusion that I should jump on it to build traffic a faster way. Now I have to rewrite my schedule somewhat and go forward. Again, I liked your very nice post.
*** Wonderful, Edward! ... sounds like you've had delightful day! ...

Good afternoon Keisha,
Recently I wrote a post about sleeping for my website.
It is true we should sleep more. We should also get rid of a lot of bad habits modern life brings with it.
Dark bedroom, no gadgets allowed, unplug everything in the house, last food at least 3 hours before going to sleep, etc. Some Melatonin does not harm either. We should strive for quality sleep first.
I love that little zzzing cat.

It is true the rest, the sleep is part of the training. If we do not recover, we will never arrive in good health at the end of our journey. So let's take the time to rest to continue with the vigor we need to make our journey a success!
